Policies
- Sale, discounted, special orders and holiday decorations and accessories are final sale and not eligible for returns or store credit.
- Jewelry, intimates, glasses, home goods and gift items are final sale. No exceptions.
- Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, with receipt and tags.
- We are not responsible for misdirected orders if incorrect or outdated shipping information is provided.
For your convenience all pick up orders will be ready at our store in our store within 24-48 hours. You will receive a phone call once your order is ready for pick up.
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, pending merchandise availability and credit card verification.
- Please note that our online inventory is pulled from our brick & mortar store and subject to availability.
- We do our best to fulfill all online orders and if an item is out-of-stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
- All orders are shipped from our Flagship store in Philadelphia PA, via UPS, within 48 hours.
If you would like to make a return, please contact us via phone (215) 381-0582 or email Info@artisansontheavenue.com, by mail or in person within 2 days of receiving your order. If your order is eligible for a return, you will be issued a RA (Return Authorization) number. Please write this number on the outside of the package. Returns will be subjected to a 8% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Your return needs to be back at our shop 7 days from the first attempted delivery. Returns after 7 days will not be accepted. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs in return shipping.
